Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Fees Are Non-Refundable

All registration fees for Red, White & Ball are non-refundable. Fees support tournament logistics, equipment, officials, shirts, and scholarship spots that are committed in advance of the event.

2. Team Transfers

If your team is unable to attend, you may transfer your team registration to another coach by contacting info@redwhiteandball.com at least seven (7) days before the event. We'll update the team's coach and contact information without charge.

Transfers requested within seven days of the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed due to scheduling and shirt-printing deadlines.

3. Player Substitutions

Players on a registered team may be substituted at any time up to the event so long as substitutes meet the eligibility requirements (grade, gender division) and have a signed participation waiver on file. No fee for substitutions.

4. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by us due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control:

• We will issue refunds of registration fees minus payment processing fees charged by our payment processor (Stripe).
• If a portion of the event is completed before cancellation, refunds may be prorated.
• We may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward the following year's event in lieu of a refund.

We will not be responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of a cancellation.

5. Weather Delays

If play is delayed but the event continues the same day, registration fees are not refundable. We will make every reasonable effort to complete the tournament.

6. Optional Contest Fees

Three-Point Contest, Free Throw Contest, and other optional add-on fees follow this same policy — non-refundable, transferable to another eligible player on the same team up to seven days before the event.

7. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

Email info@redwhiteandball.com with the team name, registrant name, and the reason for your request. We respond within two business days.
