SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

The Red, White & Ball SMS program ("Program") sends text-message notifications related to your team's registration and the Event — including registration confirmation, schedule updates, weather alerts, check-in instructions, and bracket notifications. The Program is operated by Next Level Basketball with telephony services provided by Flowroute.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number during registration and opting into text messages, you give your express written consent to receive automated text messages from us. Consent is not required as a condition of registration — opting in is optional. You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you provide.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You should expect approximately 4–10 messages per registered player in the weeks leading up to and including Event day. Emergency or schedule-change messages may be sent as conditions require.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your text-messaging plan.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further marketing or notification messages, except as required for transactional purposes (e.g., critical safety alerts) consistent with carrier rules.

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and other participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Mobile information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Service providers process mobile information only to deliver messages on our behalf.

9. Data Retention

SMS records — including opt-in confirmation, message logs, and opt-out events — are retained through your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance and audit purposes.

10. Changes to the Program

We may modify or terminate the Program at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers before taking effect, where reasonably possible.
